Our platform changes how companies approach mandatory training by automating and streamlining the entire learning process, making it faster and more efficient than ever before.

As CMO, my days are filled with a wide range of marketing activities. From strategy to execution, I'm putting all my marketing muscles to work. 

What's really exciting is the opportunity to build something from the ground up. There's nothing quite like watching a brand and product grow from its early stages.

Achievements in the first year:
• Led the strategic redefinition of XtraMile's corporate identity by aligning positioning, messaging, strategic story, mission, vision, values, across all communication channels for a cohesive brand experience.
• Launched two multilingual websites in Norwegian and English, to enhance XtraMile's digital footprint and expand its market reach.
•Led and facilitated strategic alignment (WIG) workshops to align teams with revenue goals, enhancing corporate culture and focus
• Streamlined ad data tracking and refined targeting to improve reach and align ads with the company's messaging.
• Developing and executing an inbound marketing strategy with targeted ads, blogs, guides, and checklists that address customer pain points and enhance engagement.

Digizuite

Digizuite is an enterprise digital asset management platform that enables B2B companies to deliver consistent, relevant, and personalized digital experiences across all channels. 

Founded in 2000, customers use Digizuite to manage hundreds of thousands of images, easily - through integrations, automation and workflows.

Companies like Focus Brands, Volvo Trucks, M/I Homes and MCR Safety use Digizuite to create visual experiences that deliver results.

In this role, Product Marketing served as the bridge between marketing and sales:
• Supported a team of sales reps in Europe and US
• Developed and evangelized company-wide product positioning and messaging.
• Strategized on go-to-market, pipeline, retention, and expansion initiatives with marketing leadership
• Built training and educational resources that drove product adoption, upsell, and retention.
• Enabled our sales and success teams with collateral, messaging, and competitive intelligence.
• Created and delivered product-focused event presentations and webinars. 
• Managed analyst relationships, briefings, and market research.

VP Global Product Marketing

SuperOffice AS

As the CMO of the SuperOffice Group, I worked alongside the executive leadership team to build  the overall strategic vision of the company.

A few of the achievements:

• Developed a brand, marketing and content strategy that contributed $10 million in new business revenue and their $100 million acquisition.

• Created and developed new brand positioning and product positioning strategy targeted towards a new ICP (from micro companies to medium sized companies, 20-500 employees.)

• Built, led and managed a central marketing team and regional marketing in 7 European countries - Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Switzerland, Benelux and the UK.

• Built a team of product marketers, covering all areas of customer and product marketing.

• Built and led a team of 5 content marketers and writers to support the company's growth goals.

• Re-branded SuperOffice to mirror the move upmarket and modernize the brand.

• Developed a GTM strategy framework for central and local markets so that they can identify where they should play and how they can win.

• Created an award-winning blog that generated 12 million visits. The SuperOffice blog has earned coverage from TechCrunch, Harvard Business Review, IBM, The Telegraph, Mailchimp, Forbes, Cisco, Oracle, SAP, Shopify, Adobe, Salesforce, Inc, HubSpot and CIO.
 
This strategy generated 20 million visits to the all subsidiary sites

Delivered a 209% increase in revenue, a 692% return on marketing investment, 170% increase in demand generation, and a 6.7x increase in online traffic through the creation, execution and management of SuperOffice’s corporate and regional strategic marketing.

Responsible for building a start-up company to commercialize a flat digital satellite antenna and digital terrestrial antenna. 

I conducted market research to determine market opportunities and customer requirements, set up a model to have this developed and sold.

RESULT: This company was sold to a third party supplier who commercially produces the antenna to sell into the market.

Responsible for developing a business and product launch strategy, managing timelines and schedules, creating product launch deliverables and implementation plan for Private Gateway’s concept, Virtual Society. 

The concept was to create a virtual community, which uses a graphical image of the physical community to offer goods and services through its interface.

During my tenure at Dell, I held various positions in Worldwide Product Marketing, International Sales, International Business Development and Strategic Planning.  

Following are an overview of the results:

• Drove a cross-functional team to develop Dell’s WW display supply base strategy to enhance Dell’s competitive advantage.
• Drove a 170% quarter over quarter unit sales increase, through the creation and execution of a growth strategy for notebook computers in Japan
• Enhanced Dell’s competitive advantage by defining, developing and implementing a business strategy framework, which resulted in strategic commodity-specific strategies focused on technology/ product leadership, quality, cost leadership and continuity of supply.
• Developed and implemented Dell’s Customer Kit strategy to drive upsell margin dollar opportunities which resulted in a $2.3M cost savings and optimized the best customer experience by ensuring the availability of parts/kits, on-time delivery and ease of use.  
• Drove a 30% peripheral complexity reduction by defining and driving Dell’s complexity reduction initiative.
•Consistently surpassed quarterly sales targets by 120%, demonstrating strong sales performance and in-depth understanding of client needs in the education, state, and local government sectors across Georgia and Alabama.
•Ensured client satisfaction and loyalty by managing and nurturing long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the education, state, and local government sectors
• Enhanced regional sales capabilities and international expansion into the Asia-Pacific region by training and setting up the international sales team based in Malaysia
