My ability to work cross-functionally and advise executive teams with data-driven decisions has led to many impactful, tangible benefits at several firms throughout my career. Some of my most noteworthy accomplishments include: - Leading the development of a machine learning model that isolated and ranked the most predictive customer lifetime value attributes. My contribution allowed sales to better identify and prioritize leads in Salesforce. - Overseeing creation, administration and ROI measurement of auto finance pre-approval programs at Santander Consumer USA and GM Financial. Both programs involved building targeted lists, based on credit bureau attributes to establish leads. - Automating a vast number of Excel reports in Tableau. My improvements resulted in streamlined efficiency, realized cost savings and better line of sight to data used in decision-making organization-wide. - Driving the shift from SAS and Excel to Tableau to allow for real-time data inquiries. This shortened vintage loss rate data extraction and report creation time from 2-3 days to a few seconds. - Building “Roadmap to Success” report that utilized RFM segmentation analysis to help sales reps improve dealer prospect targeting and overall scheduling. Work involved creating custom dashboards with SSRS and Visual Studio for visibility to critical, real-time KPIs. My experience at JPMorgan Chase & Co., GM Financial, Santander Consumer USA and other companies has given me a diverse background and skillset that is a welcome addition to any business looking to leverage data insights to solve complex problems and drive strategic growth with top and bottom-line impact.
