With over 25 years of experience in higher education and career development, I am passionate about helping individuals and organizations achieve their potential in the dynamic and creative fashion industry. As the Principal Owner of my own career counseling and consulting firm, I provide personalized and customized services to clients. I also present on various career-related topics to diverse audiences, and write articles and books to share my insights and strategies. In addition to my own business, I am an Instructor at the Fashion Institute of Technology, where I teach internship courses for associate, bachelor, and graduate level students in different majors and modalities. I also served as a Career and Internship Counselor and Associate Professor at FIT from 2001 to 2023, where I counseled and advised thousands of students and alumni, developed and marketed special events and programs, and collaborated with faculty and employers. I am proud of co-authoring Creating Career Success: A Flexible Plan for the World of Work, a textbook that helps students prepare for, explore, and realize their career dreams.
