As an IT Business Partner, I am a resourceful, pragmatic and empathetic enabler, responsible for establishing and managing strategic relationships between IT and Business representatives managing focused solutions. I am passionate about problem-solving and enjoy the challenge of improving ways of working. One of my key priorities is relationship management with Business stakeholders as well as other internal teams at leadership levels (CFO, Head of Procurement, Senior Legal Counsel, IT Security, Data Privacy, Enterprise Architecture) to provide a fully rounded and informed approach to IT partnering. Working closely with key contacts to translate business opportunities and requirements into initiatives, leading projects for IT workstreams as well as collaborating with with teams to prioritize and remove impediments. Main focus projects include AI, data, integrations, payment gateway, user experience, Salesforce and others. I work to help influence my stakeholders on best courses of action for new technology needs and to bring agile ways of working into legacy environments.
