As the Director of People at Armis, the first agentless, enterprise-class security platform for unmanaged and IoT devices, I lead and support a diverse and talented team of people professionals across North America. I have over 15 years of experience in HR, organizational development, and talent management, with a focus on start-up and pre-IPO environments, as well as large-scale transformative organizations. My mission is to impact people-development through smart organizational design strategy and fostering and up-skilling internal talent to create a values-aligned and industry-leading organization. I am a certified practitioner of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), a tool that helps me understand and leverage the thinking preferences and styles of myself and others.
