As the CEO of Primeritus Financial Services, Jennifer is responsible for strategic planning, growth initiatives, investor relations and overall company performance.  She’s focused on building trusted relationships with employees, agents, clients and investors through predictable performance, transparency, and communication.

As the President of Primeritus Financial Services, Jennifer focused on investor relations and cross-departmental process improvement projects for employee relations, invoicing, and data integrations.  During this period, the company completed the consolidation of numerous entities and brands under the Primeritus Financial Services corporate entity and brand.

As the CFO of Primeritus of Financial Services, Jennifer focused on investor relations; capital, debt and cash flow management while leading a financial turnaround.  Key accomplishments include increased profitability and operating cash flow; fewer days to collect invoices and pay vendors and agents; and the reopening of three offices. As CFO, Jennifer initiated a project to consolidate numerous legal entities and brands acquired through acquisition under the Primeritus Financial Services corporate entity and brand, to reduce organizational complexity and expenses.

Community Care of the Lower Cape Fear

Community Care of the Lower Cape Fear supports patients and providers using innovative health care solutions to deliver whole health care in the communities we serve.  Implemented Netsuite Financials, monthly closing and financial reporting and digital filing cabinets and workflows.  Support forecasting, pricing and grant applications. Transitioned responsibilities to full-time CFO following receipt of initial grant payments for the Healthy Opportunities pilot program.

Interim Chief Financial Officer

Consolidated Asset Recovery Systems

Served as the Interim CFO of the CARS subsidiary of Primeritus Financial Services, beginning with coverage of the role while the full-time CFO was on leave. The project extended to include leadership of the team during pandemic challenges and sudden transition to a fully remote work environment. Project was complete with the transfer of CFO responsibilities to the Primeritus Financial Services (parent company) corporate finance and accounting team following acquisition integration.

myBeeHyve

Streamlining the way savvy network  marketers manage their contacts to grow their business. Anytime. Anywhere. In 2018, myBeeHyve was recognized as one of the Top 10 Startups to Watch by the NC Tech Association, received a $50k grant from the NC IDEA SEED program and was selected to participate in the NC SOAR program for female entrepreneurs.

Co-founder and CEO

Librestream Technologies Inc.

Served as the first CFO of Librestream on a part-time (fractional) basis.  Key accomplishments include creation of investor relations programs, standardization of Board and external financial reports, improvement of budgeting and forecasting models and recommendations for full-time Chief Financial Officer role. Facilitated 2-day annual planning retreat for leadership team, resulting in creation of 2-page business plan with metrics and responsibilities by team.

Previous experience includes serving as the President and CFO of Primeritus, and full-time and fractional CFO of investor-backed software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies with numerous liquidity events.  Also served as Co-Founder and CEO of myBeeHyve; Vice President, International and General Manager, International of ChannelAdvisor; Founder and Managing Partner of TechCXO RTP; and Senior Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
