Acting as a business partner and working within a larger HR team, accountable to provide senior level HR expertise to support business initiatives by effecting people solutions aligned to policy, regulations, best practices and future-focused planning.

 Contribute to the development and execution of area strategy aligned to organizational strategy, objectives and values. 

 Strategic Advisor and Coach - 
•­Provide advice and guidance/influence on people development and management related issues 
•­Translating business challenges and opportunities into focused HR initiatives and solutions
•­Coaching and advising business managers on HR issues, including giving Employee Relations guidance 

 Change Agent - ­
Support and champion LifeLabs’ culture change and HR initiatives across the business 
•­Provide input to business plans to align with HR strategies, regulatory environment and best practices overlaying a future focus
•­Provide support and expertise to organizational change initiatives 
•­Develop projects and charters in support of organizational change providing deep understanding of client groups, their needs and issues

 Business Partner - 
 Manage the business group HR initiatives in partnership with business leaders (e.g. annual performance review process and change management initiatives to support the business)
•­Providing expert advice on people challenges, talent management, organizational and individual performance and change.
•­Spearhead programs, policies and service delivery that supports the operations
•­Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and Service Centre to create innovative solutions and feasible implementation plans
•­Monitor results and tracks metrics of the delivered HR programs, and work with Centres of Excellence to facilitate changes and improvements as needed
