As a driven and ambitious individual, I am determined to achieve my career and academic goals despite my hearing impairment. I have pursued my passion for finance through several years of studies and practical experiences, including obtaining the Level 4 professional qualification from the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB) and also obtaining the AAT Level 3 Accounting course. My goal is to further my expertise in the field, demonstrating that my deafness will not hinder my progress in any way. II am currently working towards the Professional Diploma Level 4 Accounting with AAT. In addition to my academic pursuits, I have a strong commitment to community service. Over the years, I have been involved in various volunteering roles with different charities, which has allowed me to gain valuable life experience and help those in need. My most recent volunteering experience was a year-long project with a dance group called Critical Mass, where I worked with a group of 300 young people to participate in three exciting performances in 2022. The first performance, "Wondrous Stories," opened the Birmingham International Dance Festival, followed by "Senses" in June and a short dance at the Opening Ceremony of the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games. I am proud of my accomplishments, and I am confident that my skills and experiences will be an asset to any organization. I believe that my deafness is not a hindrance, but rather a unique aspect of my identity that enriches my perspectives and adds value to my work. I am dedicated to continuing my education and pursuing my career goals, and I am determined to show that my hearing impairment will not stand in the way of my success.
