In my role as a LATAM Region Tech Recruiter/Advisor, it involved:
•  Managing end-to-end recruitment process for Data roles (Data Architect, Data Engineer, Data Scientist), Mobile Developer (iOS/Android), Infrastructure Developers, Hybrid Mobile Developers and other Developer roles.
• Served as a focal point for Data positions in the LATAM Specialists Squad for Chile
• Responsible with the team for filling tech roles all over Thoughtworks LATAM (Brazil, Ecuador and Chile)
• Responsible for stakeholder management within different communities 
• Analyzing data, conversion rates, hiring insights, and CX metrics to define talent attraction strategies

LATAM Tech Recruiter

In my role as a Tech Recruiter, it involved: 
• Responsible for recruitment for tech roles with a focus on diversity hiring (over 40% diversity across  
all roles)
• Responsible for stakeholder management within different communities  
• Oversee and execute end-to-end recruiting processes for various areas within the company (tech / non-tech) 
• Always sourcing and hunting candidates mainly through LinkedIn Recruiter and track candidates using ATS
• Served as a focal point for Data positions in the team
• Being temporarily assigned 60% of my time to the DEI team, looking for initiatives for PwD, Inclusion, and working together with the Head of DEI
• Achievements include hiring the 50% of the positions during Q2-Q3/2023

Main responsibilities: 
• Active participation in different transversal processes in the talent acquisition team
• Profile review with technology, internal audit, marketing, and design areas/stakeholders

• Hunting candidates mainly through LinkedIn Recruiter
• Supporting vacancies mapping 
• Participation in competency interviews and group dynamics for talent acquisition projects
• In charge of Campus Recruitment for internships
• Employer Branding Project research, implementation, and delivery
