Full responsibility for setting up the UK/EMEA office from scratch.  Define and set the sales and marketing strategy/GTM plan in the UK including the generation of new business, sales targets, contractors and project management

Achievements:

Biggest deal of 2008 worldwide sales teams for Nokia -in 29 countries in total. - Nokia - http://europe.nokia.com/musicalmighty  
Work closely alongside New York head office and report in regularly with budgets, plans and KPI’s.
Manage the localisation of sales collateral from USA head office.
Responsible for recruiting extra team members.
Responsible for Oddcast’s UK marketing budget including identifying and managing Oddcast’s presence at Trade fairs, exhibitions and events.
Developed and introduced Oddcast’s viral marketing technology to top tier agencies and clients–Agency Republic, Weiden and Kennedy, OMD, Saatchi, Glue, Ogilvy, MEC, MSN, Avenue A, Agency Republic, BBH, Bray Leino and Razorfish
