My TA background spans across all lines of business in corporate environments, with original recruiting experience stemming from agency environment. I am accomplished in leading geographically dispersed teams, ranging in size from 3 to 40+ in organizations that have transformed from high growth and/or M&A/divestiture activity. I love executive recruiting and have managed it in every role since 2009. This experience has included VP through C-level hires and collaboration with boards and PE firms.
