As Revenue Enablement leader, I am responsible for designing, implementing, and refining programs that empower all Go-To-Market (GTM) teams-Pre-Sales, Sales, and Marketing—to meet and exceed revenue targets.

In this role, I drive measurable improvements in onboarding, ever-boarding, pipeline creation, and skill development. Overall enablement effectiveness, and ensuring alignment with the revenue strategy

Head of Revenue Enablement 

Reduced New Hire Ramp Time:

Designed and launched a streamlined onboarding program, improving rep productivity within the first 90 days
Built a Comprehensive Training Framework:

Implemented ongoing sales training calendar with modules on product knowledge, selling skills, and tool adoption, driving an improvement in rep performance metrics.


Improved Sales Tools Adoption:

Partnered with Rev-Ops to impotent and optimize CRM and enablement tool usage, increasing adoption rates and improving pipeline visibility 

Collaborated Across Teams for Alignment:

Strengthened alignment with Marketing and Product teams to ensure training, messaging, and tools directly supported revenue goals and seller needs 

Gained Stakeholder Buy-In:

Successfully built trust and credibility with senior sales leadership and cross-functional teams, positioning enablement as a key driver of sales success.

Head of Sales Enablement

In 2020 I was promoted to senior director of sales as we now added the SDR function for growth and upgraded tools and processes moving from multiple tech stack to sales CRM with the implementation of Hubspot. Our team grew again in 2021 and we increased sales by a further 37% YoY by the end of 2022 and again increasing the average deal size by 50% 

2023 we started the outbound sales motions, further developing our Org, formalising sales enablement as a function and developing the right talent for them next phase of growth.

Senior Director of Sales

In 2017 my responsibilities expanded beyond running the sales process with myself and one other team member and over the next three years we grew from a small team of two to 5+ reps. We grew sales contribution by over 30% YoY and increased deal sizes by 120% in these three years. At the end of 2020 we started to formalise the sales process and prepare for scale by adding our first SDR to the team. We now had sales presence across the globe and the team tripled in size and impact

Sales Director

The first account executive at Agorapulse I was set the objective to create the first version of an inbound sales process and take over from founder led sales. During my first year at Agorapulse, we increased inbound sales conversion rates by 50% and established the first foundation for inbound selling. In 2017, we added a second rep to the team and the journey of selling began.
