Jenny is currently the Chief People Officer at TouchBistro and brings with her almost 25 years in the startup space leading people teams. Jenny has worked in early stage founder-led startups, as well as fast growing scale-ups and spent over 4 years in Venture, as the Partner, Talent at OMERS Ventures where she assessed founders and companies for possible investment and supported over 90+ portfolio companies around the world on all things people. She has a strong track record having helped startups and scale-ups build from 0 to over 1,500 people and has been part of teams that have raised seed, series A,B and D, done debt financing, M&A and even an exit. Jenny also serves as Program Director for Venture Talent at the Schulich School of Business' Venture Academy where she has designed and teaches a masterclass course that empowers the next wave of founders and talent professionals, equipping them with real, practical, strategies for growing venture backed companies.
