During my tenure on the Board of Directors at the Diversify Foundation, I was committed to advancing our mission of fostering diversity and dynamism in the future labor market. The foundation's primary goal is to manage and develop assets, including shares in Just Arrived AB, to support initiatives that improve access to employment for marginalized groups, such as newly arrived immigrants. We worked to create, implement, and protect innovative solutions that empower individuals to achieve self-sufficiency and enhance overall market inclusivity. Our efforts were rooted in a strong commitment to making a meaningful social impact, while remaining both politically and religiously neutral.

Porrfri Barndom

Founded by four parents in Nacka #porrfribarndom is growing as an NGO and movement.  Working on a open source platform for digital immigrants with facts and concrete tools for successfull interaction with digital natives, based on their need for support and help. Our goal is to reduce the negative health consequences of digitalization and pornography in the short and long run. Our aim is for #porrfribarndom's work to contribute to increased gender equality in society as well.

Pushing two major petitions to drive positive change including "Nationellt upprop för porrfria förskolor och skolor" aiming for porn free preschools and schools as well as age verification on online porn with "Inför åldersverifikation på nätporr".

Reach for Change is a non-profit organisation and we believe that social entrepreneurship has the power to create lasting, systematic change for children. Reach for Change invests in social entrepreneurs who have; a strong desire to promote children’s rights, an innovative idea to change the world for children, and the passion and the drive to create this change. They are given salary funding and coaching in our Incubator program, and are matched with advisors and experts from a network of companies.

Global Manager Partnerships & Fundraising

UNHCR & Sweden for UNHCR

UNHCR is mandated to lead and co-ordinate international action to protect refugees and resolve refugee problems worldwide. Refugees are people just like you and me. Though they are faced with a grim choice - stay and die, or flee and risk imprisonment, rape, torture and forced recruitment by armed groups.

HIGHLIGHTS
• Secured increase of new funding for refugees with 180%  in first year of my role 
• Was a driving force behind the launch of the global campaign Time to Act, advocacy and funding for  Syrian refugee children's  access to education
•  Secured funding from Swedish PostcodeLottery together with Clowns without Borders, enabling Syrian refugee children in Lebanon access school through "Skola och skratt"​. Acts as project manager of "Skola och skratt", implementing the program in Lebanon
• Conducted high profile field missions securing assets for use in social media and printed press 

RESPONSIBILITIES
To maximize income for Sweden for UNHCR/UNHCR and develop partnerships within the private sector including foundations, corporates and philanthropy (see a variety of partners listed below). Strategy and business development. Human resources: 1 direct report. 

• IKEA, Swedish Postcode Lottery, Carpe Vitam, Husqvarna Group, Lindex, Wallenstam, Water for all foundation and Af Jochnick Foundation.

White & Case

White & Case is an international law firm that serves companies, governments and financial institutions.

HIGHLIGHTS
• Implemented the new brand strategy 
• Implemented SalesForce (CRM system)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for business development, marketing, communications, CSR  and employer branding within the Swedish market. Part of the management group, with budget responsibility and staff responsibility, one direct report.

E.ON

E.ON is one of the world's largest investor-owned power and gas companies.

HIGHLIGHTS 
• Through market insight I developed and launched a new Nordic sponsorship strategy, linked to the overall corporate strategy. New interfaces were implemented between business units. Main goals to position E.ON as a sustainable company and to increase E.ON’s like-ability and net promotor score. 
• Coordinated all partnerships and events within the Nordics delivering truly successful events such as the B2B event Melodifestivalen, the opening of Öresundsverket and the inauguration of Caspar David Fredidrich at Nationalmuseum 

RESPONSIBILITIES
Developed sponsoring and events as a platform for communication and business development and managed the strategic direction of activation of existing partnerships. Budget and staff responsibility - from 2010 three direct reports and part of management group.

HIGHLIGHTS
• Managed E.ON’s most important B2B activity introducing the new CEO through the concept “Bli klimatsmart i köket and Melodifestivalen” with an all time high rating on the event

RESPONSIBILITIES
Focal person for various partnerships focusing on CSR, including culture and sports. Developed project ideas together with partners and monitored and followed up non-profit partnerships. involving stakeholders such as employees and customers. Examples of partnerships:

• Save the Children, Energy For Children, Nattvandring.nu, Swedish Football Association, Swedish Swimming Federation (swimming ability), Anna Lindberg, Stockholm Marathon, Moderna Museet (Museum of Modern Arts), Gothenburg Opera House, Årets Kock (Chef of the Year) and Melodifestivalen (The Swedish Song Contest

Project Leader Sponsoring, Events and CSR

Recruited as one of five, out of 1700 applicants to E.ON Graduate Program (18 months). The program is focusing on developing young talents into future leaders. Main responsibilities: diversity policies, HR assignments, CSR reporting, CSR projects (fuel poverty), sponsoring and customer complaints & commitment.
