Jens has been Authorised Signatory and Senior Director Franchising of Lufthansa City Center International since June 2010. He has been tapped to grow and strategically further develop the franchise system. He leads the company’s Sales and New Distribution Technology team.
Jens kicked off his career as travel professional in the year 2000 and ever since has gathered solid work experience in the TMC, hotel & conference sector in the UK and Germany. In 2008 he joined the Lufthansa City Center Headquarters team as Area Manager North America & Europe. He has served in various international sales and product development leading positions. Jens has always put sharp focus on incorporating perpetual change management and collaborative solution competence within his teams.
