I'm a GTM builder and strategist. I'm the person companies bring in when they need to go from 'we have a solution' to 'we have the systems and processes to scale revenue predictably.' 

As a strategist who executes, I've built GTM engines with shoestring budgets and with multi-million dollar investments. I know how to prioritize, stretch resources, and drive results regardless of what's available.

Over 20+ years, I've built seven companies from the ground up in B2B SaaS and digital marketing. I co-founded an enterprise SaaS company and spent 7 years building every part of it: sales, operations, contracts, consulting, accounting, client delivery. I closed enterprise deals with Ticketmaster and Thrivent Financial. I drove 300% revenue growth with 100% customer retention. I exited the business. 

Before that, I built an eight-figure digital agency from nothing, working with brands like Toyota, Physicians Formula, and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

What I do:
GTM strategy from ICP definition to closed deal. Positioning and messaging for complex B2B sales cycles in SaaS, supply chain, manufacturing, cybersecurity, AI, and cloud. Sales processes, enablement, and pipeline systems. Channel strategy and partner marketing. Demand generation and integrated campaigns across inbound, outbound, field, and partner channels. I leverage AI tools to accelerate research, content, and execution.

em dashes, AI idioms & emojis Oh My!  Liz Willits is right.  Bad writing is bad writing.  This is why every content marketer should consistently level up their research & content skills

Them: We can't use em dashes anymore.

Me: Why?

Them: It's a sign of AI slop.

Me: You know why ChatGPT uses em dashes?

Them: No ...

Me: It was trained on professional writing.

Them: Ok, and?

Me: Why do professional writers consistently use em dashes?

Them: No idea.

Me: Because they enhance writing. They improve rhythm and clarity.

Them: But people will think it's AI slop!

Me: AI slop is bad writing that happens to use em dashes. So, many people have started equating em dashes with AI writing. It's a mental shortcut.

Them: See?! That's my point. 

Me: No, the real issue is the bad writing. When the writing is actually good, nobody notices the em dashes. They’re too busy reading.

P.S. It’s only a matter of time before ChatGPT stops using em dashes because people keep complaining about them. 

Then what? How will you “spot” AI writing?

If you don’t judge writing on quality, you’re left with shaky, ever-changing tells.

PARENTAL WARNING: Grok is a hard NO. And I canceled paid ChatGPT. Take down social media posts of your kids Here’s why. 

The harsh truth: certain AI models are now designed — intentionally or inadvertently— for child exploitation. 

Grok is undressing photos of your children. 

GenAI pornography is now a product. 

It’s not a bug. 

It’s a business model. 

According to data reported by Bloomberg, 
30% of GenAI prompts are now sexual in content.

Many of these tools are fully integrated:
• In our homes
• In our schools
• In our businesses

And now there is free, unlimited text-generated video on demand. 

The toothpaste is out of the tube.

When AI systems can be prompted—intentionally or accidentally—into generating sexually explicit material or abuse, every one of us must hold AI firms accountable. 

OpenAI promised ethics and safety guardrails. 

Commercialization pressure has radically changed incentives — and product releases. 

And now the former DOGE-in-Chief, has recklessly taken AI to an appalling new low. 

• Grok is now profiting from child sexual imagery. Images posted of women and children are being turned into sexual abuse material with a simple user prompt. 

• OpenAI has announced “Erotica” (pornographic content) as a product. 

Open AI is already being sued by parents who allege ChatGPT assisted in their son’s suicide. What happens when an “AI girlfriend” gives similar instructions?

I’m concerned this goes far beyond free speech. 

It is violence to our children. 

At unprecedented scale. 

A growing number of countries have already banned or restricted Grok and social media over child safety concerns. 

This is a wake-up call:

For CEOs.
For boards.
For parents.
For teachers. 
For policymakers.

Is it legal?
Is it ethical? 
Is it moral?

…..

What does all this mean to business leaders?

Stick our heads in the sand on AI?

No. 

Ignore AI at your own peril. 

So what do we do?

1. Vote with your dollars.
2. Call your members of Congress / Parliament. 
3. Don’t post photos of your kids on social media. Ever. Sorry, but those days are over. If they’re out there, delete them. 
4. Build muscle on alternate LLMs. 
5. We must be continually vigilant — as this is the fastest changing tech landscape we’ve ever seen.

For now, I have started gently advising people to build more capabilities on Anthropic’s Claude. 

Satya Nadella announced in November Microsoft Copilot is now multimodal — running on Claude. 

Apple just signed a deal with Google to run Siri on Gemini. 

Purpose-built “offline” AI models are also an option. 

This is an incredibly challenging road for parents, educators, and business leaders. 

There are no easy answers here. But as a husband, father, business leader, and AI entrepreneur, I felt it important to share my thoughts.
