Associate Global Content Process Manager

Key Responsiblities
- Digital Asset Management (Components/Claims): Led the global development and implementation of the Digital Asset Management system within Veeva Vault PromoMats, driving the integration of components and claims to ensure consistent and compliant content use across the organization.
- Agency Onboarding: Managed the onboarding process for external agencies within Veeva Vault PromoMats, establishing clear guidelines and workflows to enhance collaboration and efficiency.

Key Achievements:
- Achieved organization-wide adoption of the Digital Asset Management setup in PromoMats.
- Chosen as Panelist speaker about the future of MLR at the European Veeva Commercial Summit 2023 in Madrid discussing how generative AI may support efficiency and quality gains.

Global PromoMats Coordinator

I work with operational procurement and I am responsible for sourcing goods and services within the categories; data communication, IT consultancy & services and engineering. This involves amongst other things contract negotiation, supplier relationship management and stakeholder management. Besides this, I am globally responsible for training employees in our procurement processes and SAP.

Results: Redesigned Global training material for all requisitioners in LEO Pharma and affiliates.

Operational Purchaser

SAP Requisitioner for Global IT with responsibility for the overall process within Global IT, training and execution. Stakeholders management including training and communication. Various Ad Hoc tasks such as manage telephony, home broadband and mobile phone subscriptions for LEO Pharma Denmark.

Main results: Centralized and developed a new SharePoint site to gather all relevant information about requisitioning with order subsite that included automated FLOW emails. I also managed a clean-up of all Danish employees home broadband equipment as well as helped analyse and negotiate for a new company phone deal for LEO Pharma causing a significant saving per year.
