All in a community of Agile Solopreneurs. I call it: Go Scrum Yourself! --- So who am I? I've studied Math and Econ, followed a normal career - until I got promoted and had to lead a team. This is when I started my personal development journey to overcome Imposter Syndrome. I started to - change all of my habits - read tons of personal development books - meditate, journal, do yoga and get up at 5:30 All while developing towards the Agile Coach role in the organisation. When I than had the opportunity to voluntarily take a severance package - I did! So I invested the next years into formal education and certification - as: - Systemic Coach according to DCV (German Coaching Union) - NLP Master Practitioner - Yoga Teacher and also all of the Agile things: - Scrum.org Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Leader - Kanban Management Professional (Kanban University) - Agile Coach and Team Facilitator (ICAgile) And now I'm working as Agile Coach - and Personal Agile Coach. 1. I help teams to find better ways of working that fit their needs, increases their focus and helps them establish a "Kaizen" mindset (a mindset of continuous improvement). 2. I do the same for individuals on their way towards creating a solo business - running a cohort-based group program that I call "Go Scrum Yourself".
