In a digital-first world, I believe it is more important than ever to provide the right story at the right time for specific target groups – customer-centric, data-driven and compliant. Not only does data help with understanding your customers, but it helps driving value-based conversations around their real needs and demands. During my business psychology studies at HS Harz I began to understand that it is not a rational “homo oeconomicus” that drives decisions, but an affective, emotional individual stands behind every decision we make. Thus I believe that it is paramount to gain a deep understanding of your customers, to provide the best customer journey possible.
