While serving as Director of Marketing at nettime solutions, acquired by Paychex in June 2014, Jen developed and executed an inbound lead generation and content marketing strategy while supporting a channel of referral, reseller, co-branded, and white-labeled partners. Through her role, the company saw a 415% increase in direct sales leads, and an 89% increase in revenue. As SmartBug's former CRO, Jen also co-chaired the Phoenix Chapter of Pavilion and served as a mentor in the Rising Executives Program. She's a Founding Coach at SDR Nation and a past mentor with Bravado, specializing in sales development. Additionally, Jen has served on the board of Girls in Tech - Phoenix, advocating for the advancement of women in technology.
