I am a Freelance Multimedia Producer at Orange TV, Orange County Government Florida's public broadcast and digital media outlet based in Orlando, Florida. With over 10 years of experience in the media industry, I have developed a diverse set of skills and competencies in digital content, content creation, editorial, and social media. I aim to create and distribute engaging, informative, and impactful stories for various audiences and platforms using the latest tools and technologies. I manage all aspects of social distribution, including scheduling content, community management, and optimizing posts for engagement and search. I also work as an in-studio camera and teleprompter operator and assist with live studio and field productions. I monitor performance analytics and social media trends and work with producers to schedule and promote editorial-sponsored content across all platforms. I have organically increased the following and engagement of Orange TV's social platforms by 50% in one year and interacted with citizens, viewers, and other stakeholders via the studio's social media accounts. In addition to my freelance work, I am a volunteer social media strategist and content producer for several non-profit organizations including the American Cancer Society.
