Responsible to oversee the operation departments of the hotel - particularly Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, Supply Management and Design. Report to the general manager.

Responsible for quality standards, managing team schedules and tasks, resource allocation and greeting guests at the Embassy Suites Chicago-North Shore/Deerfield. Reported to the general manager.

Responsible for supervising the housekeeping operations and delegating tasks to the housekeeping staff at the Embassy Suites - O'Hare.

Executive Housekeeper

Monitor work activities of housekeeping staff to ensure all guest rooms and areas are clean and attractive for guests at the Embassy Suites - O'Hare.

Housekeeping Supervisor

Ensure the cleaning tasks are completed, assist in administrative duties, including draft budget reports and staff records, at Doubletree Hotel - O'Hare.
