With over 18 years of experience in service operations, business development, and process improvement, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the strategic planning and execution of the company's vision and goals. I also run my own consulting business, BX5 Services, where I help clients optimize their operations and achieve their desired outcomes. In my previous role as a Service Operations Manager at Numed, Inc., I led the service department and collaborated with the business development team to acquire and retain customers, and to ensure the optimal performance of the mobile fleet and the plant equipment.
