After accepting the reality that Liverpool FC was never going to notice me (I would still like to think I could have made it as a soccer player), I realised that I also loved communicating with people and creating something out of nothing. That has led me on quite a journey but I can now proudly say that I am part of an organisation that is making a difference to companies as well as individuals - Elliot & Co. As the founder of Elliot & Co. and now Alpha Story, I get to do what I love on many levels. One, communicating and strategizing with business owners with the key purpose of propelling their company's growth through marketing and communication strategies. But what motivates me even more, is the opportunity to build businesses within an industry that I love with the belief that it is the team that makes the company tick. In 7 years, we have served more than 3,000 clients both in Singapore and across the region. With offices both in Singapore and Malaysia, we excited at what is ahead. Before my entrepreneurial endeavors, I was at Ruder Finn Asia, a boutique Public Relations Agency with offices across Asia, Europe and America. I developed and executed creative public relations campaigns for major companies such as Braun, Richemont Group, Akzo Nobel and International SOS as well as important regional corporations such as Grab and GuocoLand. Notably, I won a gold and silver award at the prestigious Marketing Public Relations Awards in 2015. This was for my work on the PR campaign for Southeast Asian startup Grab.
