•Worlwide P&L analysis for each brand: implementation of a reporting KPI, analysis of product lines and markets sales, follow up on Advertising and Promotion (A&P) investments  and profitability
•License contracts management (Prada et Valentino) : management of contractual reportings (sales, Royalties and A&P), management of the License relationship with marketing, follow-up of contractual perimeter with Legal

PRESTIGE AND PREMIUM BRANDS CONTROLLER

LVMH FRAGRANCE BRANDS

•Managing the product profitability: Setting up the profitability objectives and reviewing with Managing Director  the overall equation of the new launches
•Performing the 2013, 2014 and budgets reviews for the Givenchy HQ Marketing costs 
•Daily follow-up on the Givenchy HQ marketing costs, managing the monthly closings and the semestrial account landings
•Controlling the Givenchy industrial margin and implementing the new year product cession costs update

GIVENCHY BRAND FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

•Managing the 2011 and 2012 budgets reviews for Travel Retail and Local Market Americas divisions in collaboration with the sales team
•Elaborating the yearly and monthly closings, follow up on the client P&L and managing the year-end account landings 
•Ensuring the daily financial controlling of the TR and Local Market Americas clients: analysis of the daily sell-in, preparation of the monthly turnover forecast, follow-up on the sell-out and stock levels figures
•Performing the internal controls by ensuring all the administrative procedures are respected by the team (checking of claim and return requests, review of the pending invoices)
