After managing my own business for 6 years in Paris and spending one year working and exploring Australia, I 'm looking for new opportunities as a business developper and marketing specialist. Passionate about opera, theater, arts and culture in general, I was running an art management school which allowed me to work in a great environment that allowed me to enrich my cultural and working repertoire. I implemented strategic changes to modernize and improve the company’s systems and I currently oversee all aspects of the organization. My responsibilities include creating budgets and overseeing operating cost as well as the recruitment of staff and teachers. I analyse data, research industry trends and develop creative and integrated marketing communication plans to meet the needs of our company. This experience has helped me grow and deepen my understanding of what it takes to run a successful business. Additionally, I developed a network of professionals in the fields of digital communication and cultural management, and organized panels to exchange ideas and establish best practices in these two sectors. This was a really fulfilling experience in many ways as I acquired a lot of skills doing many different tasks, trying to improve each time my way of apprehending new things and always curious to discover new aspects every day. Working in partnership with companies such as le Centre National de la Danse, l’Opera de Paris, l’Odeon, le Palais de Chaillot, le Musée Rodin has given me the chance to really discover the insights of the arts and culture world in Paris.
