My most recent role saw me acting at Director level for a leading UK training company where my role was in developing revenue streams within a critical UK Government department as part of a £200M Government Learning programme. Previously I have supported a variety of organisations including creating a national donated aid management system on behalf of the British Red Cross, supporting the launch of a new product into the UK on behalf of US-based Pacific World (the world's largest cosmetics company), and leading a European funded business support programme within the South West, all of which required strong relationship management and revenue development skills. I am also highly knowledgeable about the use of Artificial Intelligence within the workplace to increase efficiency, productivity and profitability, and was a keynote speaker at the 2023 NATO Technology Training Conference in Athens where I shared insights on leveraging Gamification within public sector training environments.
