- Leadership in Marketplace and Co-sell Operations: Lead and refine operational strategies for our marketplace and co-sell partnerships, particularly in collaboration with AWS Co-sell PM's group, to enhance our market presence and drive mutual success.

As a Global Channels & Services Enablement Manager, I develop and execute company-wide strategies to generate revenue streams through Pluralsight solutions. I design and manage comprehensive enablement programs, including sales, product, and technical training, while measuring program effectiveness through various metrics. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure enablement programs align with overall business objectives and customer needs.

Senior Enablement Program Manager - Channels & Services

Collaborating with product industry and other subject matter experts (SMEs), I prioritize and design training collateral covering product features and benefits, sales strategies, partner programs, value proposition, and return on equity (ROE). Coaching internal Sales and Support teams, I plan and host partner sales training events, via e-learning, onsite, and webinar channels. I grew the sales pipeline by over $15 million and activated over 120 sellers within 90 days, by leading product enablement and the global launch of a new product - Tech Foundations.

Spearheaded a major modernization initiative, overseeing a team of 12 experts. I created educational materials to enhance product awareness for both existing and prospective customers, while partnering with department heads to establish an integrated Global Internal Communications strategy.
