- Train and go deeper into the EOS® tool review and execute all team training

- Cultivated a high performing senior leadership team that implemented Gino Wickman’s Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) with a Traction EOS coach. 
- Researched current processes/procedures to assess workflows and implemented new tools such as Zoho CRM, Microsoft TEAMs, Comscore, and Power BI.  
- Recruited, trained, and managed a sales team of four Directors to create an outbound sales prospecting strategy
that yielded $1M in additional advertising revenue to the company in year one. 
- Project managed media strategy sales pitches, client onboarding, and campaign reporting.
- Created annual forecasts and analyzed against monthly actuals at a senior leadership level.

- Set up a Pennsylvania/Delaware distribution arm of PermaSafe Protective Coatings, an antimicrobial/disinfection company. 
- Recognized an extremely cost-effective digital advertising opportunity during the pandemic that set up an active sales funnel of multiple leads per day. 
- Facilitated the sale of $1M+ in revenue within 18 months of distribution company’s inception. 
- Executed a nine country, multi-year exclusivity contract in the Middle East worth $6.2M. 
- Sourced American made goods for high-net-worth clients in the Middle East including motor oil, medical supplies, and disinfection products.

President/CEO

- Right hand of the Executive Regional Market Leader for all matters and tasks related to the delivery of our vision/strategy as laid out by the CEO. 
- Conducted weekly 1-1 strategy calls with Associate Directors to develop their leadership advisory skills, strategize key client and prospect relationships, and network higher up the C-SUITE. 
- Produced and coordinated regional and market level events and budgets.  
- Completed quarterly P&L projections by market and city, and monthly rolling sales and recruiting forecasts. 
- Reviewed monthly financials at a regional and market level compared to forecast and addressed any issues with   revenues, expenses, and AR collections.

- Main point of contact for executive related matters and meetings to our Advisory Board, Executive Team, National Market Leadership Team, and Operations.
- Contributed recommendations and perspective to the incoming President on key topics and issues.  
- Created crucial documents to aid in discussions had at Advisory Board and Executive Team meetings. 
- Assisted in the mapping and enhancement of our sales process and documentation.
- Worked with Employee Development to manage programs and incentives that affect our 800+ Professional Resource team.

Executive Associate to the Office of the President

- Assisted in writing internal marketing communications for the company’s intranet.
- Planned and executed over 30 internal meetings per year across 18 U.S. cities. 
- On-site coordinator and main point of contact for internal meetings to ensure each event runs smoothly.
- Worked with the Assistant Financial Controller to create financial budgets and controls for each meeting/event.
- Coordinated the execution of the company’s MY Journey Program in Las Vegas while livestreaming to 18 remote venues.

- Managed the debt refinancing and leasing of business property between ownership and a prospective lessee. 
- Restructured the daily operations of Rapid Lube, Service, and Sales departments to increase overall company productivity.
