I could start with why I am identified as a Golden Retriever, however, I would like to start with my life purpose. The sentence that lies really close to me: My Life Purpose: "Support and inspire myself and other people on the journey to embrace, to love and to be our true authentic selves" ✨ I share this, because it is me, my life and experiences has formed to to feel most connected to this sentence. Everything in my life, I try to link to enhance the possibilities to help myself and others to be our authentic selves. This can be hard, it often is, however, the benefits from experiencing the rage of energy, being moved by emotion and the happiness that comes from it are worth it every time. This comes with my motto: #justdostuff. This means saying yes to new experiences and see everything from a positive point of view. This always helps me to reach for value for myself, but also for others! Reflecting on my #justdostuff, I feel that it is changing. This motto has given me the power to experience and will for always live inside of me. Now, a motto, focused on impact, that is closer to my life purpose will be more fitting with the life fase that I am in right now. What will the new motto be? I don't know, but this will be formed, I believe that it will be formed. Now, the Golden Retriever is still on the table. People see me as positive, never-ending energy, intensely social, people loving and ready to always support the people around me. This has led to the meme that I am a Golden Retriever, with my golden curls, always wagging with my tail when people are around. Yes, I am this extrovert people person, love to be around people, with a healthy (small) amount of time with myself that I appreciate. Currently, I apply these connecting skills, together with my experience as a living being, entrepreneur, trainer and as a speaker in my current personal and professional life. This has lead me to work together with multiple clients as the University of Groningen, Team Ollie and Jumbo. And then you have Spark ✨ Spark lies very close to my life purpose. For me, Spark is a feeling. A feeling of flow, that you are in the right place, with the right people and that your skills and talents are coming out in an authentic way. Why did we start Spark? We started Spark to help organisations and team to create an environment that enhances authenticity and talent. Now, we focus on helping HR and Leaders to bind and fascinate young talent, Gen Z.
