Hi there! Heart-centered coaching is my #1 passion. It has been for over 5 years now. I help you foster more self-love into your life. Lack of self-love is the top reason why there is so much struggle around creating the life you want. At this time I only offer 1 to 1 sessions. I’m also a writer. For the past 5 years, I’ve been writing on sites like Quora and Medium. The main topics I write about are self-improvement, self-love, spiritual growth, goals, and race relations. Some badges of honor: 1.) On Quora, I’ve received over 3 million views of my content. Thousands of readers a week receive inspiration and actionable advice to improve their lives. 2.) I received my health coach certification from the Institute of Integrative Nuiturion which is one of the most recognized certifications in the industry. 3.) I’ve helped dozens of clients like Michelle, break through weight-loss plateaus. They’re able to keep the momentum going long after the program ends. Some other interesting stuff about me: I’m a digital nomad. For over 2 years I’ve been living in Mexico. Here I’ve continued to write and build my coaching practice. I’m also very immersed in learning Spanish. My goal is to speak at a high level of fluency. I love horses and dancing (I did adult ballet for years in NYC). Growing up I rode horses almost every day.
