• Facilitated the operational energy supervisor to coordinate a $38M dollar contract to reduce electrical hazards in the Combine Joint Operations Area (CJOA)

Operations Manager

• Supported the planning, coordination, and execution for three Division Level Warfighter Exercises. One as training audience and two as the higher command.
• Planned and coordinated engineer operations for 2 Joint Rotational Training Center rotations.
• Provided guidance to all engineer operations during Crisis Action Planning for a joint staff directed US Africa Command exercise
• Communicated monthly with a Division Commander, Command Sergeant Major, and Department of Public Works personnel on projects that directly affected the unit.
• Utilized as a special projects NCO to build five terrain models; received praise from commanding general.
• Ensured the division's 600 engineer personnel had the resources and training required to rapidly execute Joint Forcible Entry in support of meeting Combatant Commands.
• Managed 7,500 barracks rooms through barracks renovations ensuring quality of life for Soldiers.
• Overhauled and developed new reporting procedures for a division level exercise; selected for standardization across the division

• Supported the company operations section by assisting with the management of training, training assessment and development, personnel management, taskings, and tracking mechanisms.

Operations and Training Manager 

• Supervised 12 personnel in the directorate on daily duties including tracking of schools, land resources, planning priorities, and operations.  
• Planned, coordinated, and executed one Joint Rotational Training Center rotation and three battalion command post exercises.
• Taught tasking manager how to write and coordinate over 450 Corps, Brigade and Battalion level taskings, in conjunction with 30 Airborne Operations and 4 large scale exercises.

• Helped plan and execute three field training exercises for an engineer company.
• Supported the Afghanistan National Army by planning and conducting joint route clearance patrols.
• Worked with multiple reconnaissance platforms to facilitate the finding of IEDs, improved found to clear rate by 40%.
• Utilized a digital training management system to develop a tracker for jump logs and jump currency that was used for maintaining all Soldiers jump logs in the company
• While deployed in Afghanistan, chosen to execute the relief in place for two incoming route clearance packages due to the platoon's exemplary track record and discipline.
• Selected as the patrol leader for 10 missions; conducted mission briefs, intelligence updates and coordinated with air support for achievement of the missions,
• Enforced the highest safety standards and accountability during deployment and redeployment, resulting in zero injuries or loss of equipment

Operations and Personnel Manager 

• Used leadership and mentorship strategies to develop two instructors/facilitators and train 70 Soldiers to become job qualified.  
• Led and trained individuals in the areas of basic rifle marksmanship, drill and ceremony, physical fitness and other basic skills in accordance with programs of instruction.
• Resolved over 200 Soldiers' personal issues and ensured all Soldiers were prepared for assignments in operational units
• Assisted the Commander and First Sergeant in the Composite Risk Management Program; resulted in the safe execution of over 45 major training events

Instructor/Facilitator (Drill Sergeant)	

• Worked closely with the battalion staff on planning and resourcing two field training exercises and one Joint Rotational Readiness Center exercise, meeting all logistical needs for the company.
• While in Iraq, supported the Marine Corps in the planning and resourcing of multiple Iraqi checkpoints along Highway 1, resulting in 90% drop in improvised explosive device attacks.
• Tracked over 300 combat patrols and 3,500 convoys along a 40 mile stretch of MSR Tampa in a four-month period that included a change of mission with another unit
