Managed a team of three direct reports and oversaw the implementation of a digital onboarding tool resulting in a 10% increase in employee retention. Designed and facilitated HR process, system, and onboarding training for management and conducted HR recruitment processes.

Regional Human Resources Business Partner

As an HR Supervisor, I supported HR functions for over 400 diverse employees, leading recruitment, onboarding, investigations, relations, and initiatives. I revamped the supervisor onboarding program, led a sort expansion project, facilitated policy training, and hired 200+ seasonal employees, including 90 drivers, in three months.
