• Displayed excellent communication and interpersonal skills in the promotion of Health Promotion Board mobile applications like "HealthHub" and "Healthy365". Also assisted customers in the signing up of the mobile applications.

• Displayed proficiency in Microsoft Excel by using the functions I learned to assist the supervisor with data recording in the Admin role.

• Meticulous in details when assisting the supervisor in inventory checking.

• Handled customer's questions and feedback on the mobile application with a positive attitude.

Internship as a Sales Assistant at MaxiCash Boon Lay:

• Inquisitive mind. Learned about Gold and Jewelry and scored 90% on the test provided by the company. Also inquired the supervisors regarding the product knowledge of the Gold and Jewelry sold in the physical store itself

• Learned sales techniques from experienced supervisors and sold to customers from different backgrounds (E.g. Working income group - High income group).

• Built rapport with many customers through excellent customer service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Handled customer's questions and feedback on the products with a positive attitude.

• Meticulous in details when assisting in inventory checking of the physical store.

Sales Assistant Intern

Ah Yat Seafood Restaurant

Part-time Food-runner for Ah Yat Seafood Restaurant:

• Worked in a team of 3 Food-runners to assist the front line of the restaurant in serving food to the customers.

• Meticulous in detail to ensure all orders are accurate and every dish is served to its designated customer. 

• Quick at work to ensure food is delivered piping hot to the customers.

• Able to multitask between a Food-runner and a front line waiter.

• Positive learning attitude whenever an opportunity presented itself. Learned all the required responsibilities of a Food-runner within a week of work, then went ahead to learn from the front line staff of the restaurant on the proper service etiquette of the restaurant.
