Virsabi is a digital agency delivering VR, AR, and related creative solutions. 
The timing for web3-based products wasn't right, and I decided to go solo and focus on product management for B2B SaaS companies.

LanguageWire is a great place, full of skilled and fun people. During the summer of 2021, we sold the company to Bridgepoint for approx. €200M, and I decided to exit after that.

Deform was a digital design agency delivering flash solutions, online marketing campaigns, CMS implementations, and mobile apps (iOS). We worked for large Danish clients like 3F, Carlsberg, Magasin, OK, and GN ReSound.

👉 I found new business opportunities, researched real estate projects, and engaged with partners.
👉 I built a management system for tracking apartment sales in large projects.
👉 I implemented a new website for real estate project presentations.

Lehrmann A/S was my career challenge back in 2008/2009. Real estate management. We supported Danish investors in large-scale investments in the German and Austrian markets. The timing was beyond bad, and I left and went back into digital products.

Telenor

Telenor was the second-largest ISP (Internet Service Provider) in Denmark at the time of my engagement. I was leading the Product Management for broadband products for private customers. 

My responsibilities were:
👉 Product and pricing strategy. Coordinating online and offline activities, market research, budgets, etc.
👉 Invoicing. Optimization of the invoicing principles and adjusting and scoping new invoicing opportunities.
👉 Customer hardware. Commercially responsible for the client routers/gateways for their broadband connections. Developing PLCs, and user manuals plus main vendor (ZyXel) contact.

Product Manager

Encode

Encode has developed a SaaS product for online marketing management. An advanced DAM (Digital Asset Management) system with cool processing and project management capabilities on top. The platform is targeted marketing departments and ad agencies. 
I was responsible for four Danish (i.e., Kunde&Co.) and three English agencies (i.e., Saatchi & Saatchi London) plus ten traditional Danish clients. 

My responsibilities were:
👉 Presale - Client meetings, requirements, scoping, and demos.
👉 Project Management - Enhancing current client solutions, education, support, and regular project management.
👉 Product Management - Discovering new opportunities, customer discoveries, prototyping, and aligning new features with our Ukrainian software team.

Business Processes
I came to EnergiMidt with a lot of broadband knowledge from the broadband pioneering we did in Cybercity. My main task was to develop and implement our new business processes in the start-up phase of the broadband-over-fiber project.

Broadband portal
I managed the product requirements, prototype, and user experience while developing the portal for our customers. We developed this in collaboration with the digital agency, Creuna and a local technical partner. 

ERP
I managed the development and implementation of a new ERP system controlling the delivery of broadband-over-fiber connections.
