Returning to NZ October 2024! The discussion about the changing world of work is an ever evolving one, and I have listened to many interesting and differing opinions that have arisen in the post-covid landscape. I would like to move into a role where I can help and influence employees to operate at their best, while paying specific attention to wellbeing, learning and development and diversity. I am keen to learn about business operations in new sectors, bringing my theoretical knowledge from university and my practical knowledge gained from working in London to support Kiwi companies.
