Responsible for all daily operations for the 2023 Indoor Football League Champion Bay Area Panthers.

Effective December 1 2023, I took on a larger role with the organization as the Director of Operations and am based on-site in the Morgan Hill office daily. 

Coaches & Players housing negotiations (Training Camp Hotel & Seasonal Apartments).

Partner with the SAP Center staff on Game Day Activities including: Run of Show, New Field Installation, Merchandise Team, and Overall Logistics.

Recruit, Interview, and Responsible for the hiring of the entire BAP Game Day Production Team: Game Night Presentation Director, DJ / Music Director, PA Announcer, Hype Man, In-Arena Host, Statistician, Spotter, Game / Play Clock Operators, National Anthem Singers, Halftime Performers, etc. 

My responsibilities include: 
Front Administration, Game Day Operations, Sponsorships, Merchandise, Internship Programs, Volunteers, Workers Compensation as well as anything in the realm of Human Resources in creating an amazing organizational culture.

Director of Operations

Overall responsibility is to create a highly impactful, exciting, and exceptional, fan, as well as player experience.  
Meet with host arena team prior to game to identify any actions needed for the upcoming event.
Recruit, train, and identify volunteers, as well as identify their Gameday responsibilities.
As needed rental of cargo van on game days for water, Gatorade, fog machine, first down chains, water jugs, ice chests, game tunnel lights delivery and return of equipment.
Oversee storage of all Panthers Gameday property in between games.
Oversee Gameday giveaways to fans with volunteers on Gamedays
Gameday locker room set up of water, Gatorade, towels, and other needs.
Meet and Greet Bay Area Panther Players, Staff, as well as Visiting Team Members to ensure a welcoming experience. 
Oversee team to set-up / breakdown of field sponsorship signage, along with ensuring the field is safe and ready for gameplay, with safety as the primary objective. 
Receive media food on Gamedays and responsible to assign team members to breakdown area.
Escort Panther Dance Team and Hype Squad members throughout arena to ensure safety.
Meet and Greet halftime participants and escort them to appropriate prep room, as well as game time seating. 
Assign team member to escort Panther Mascot "Claw" throughout game and arena.
Remove all Panthers property on Gameday after the game.
Escort Panther Dance Team and Hype Squad to transportation exits following event.
Other duties as assigned for game week and Gameday related activities including:
Attending community events to meet and greet Bay Area Panther players by creating an amazing interactive experience.
Chaperone Bay Area Panther Players at afterparty events to ensure player safety at various venues within downtown San Jose, CA.
In February assisted the organization in open player tryouts hosted at Live Oak High School in Morgan Hill, CA.
