Strategic investment and operations leader with over a decade of experience spanning private equity real estate, acquisitions, and portfolio management.

As Co-Founder and COO of Impact Growth Capital, I scaled the firm from inception to $70M in assets under management, leading acquisitions, due diligence, financial modeling, and post-acquisition execution across multifamily and commercial portfolios. I built and led a 43-person team, driving operational turnarounds and delivering strong investor returns.

Earlier in my career, I served 11 years as an Intelligence Analyst in the U.S. Air Force, where I developed advanced skills in risk assessment, data synthesis, and executive-level decision support. This background honed my ability to analyze complex problems, synthesize insights, and deliver actionable strategies under pressure.

I am passionate about helping firms identify opportunities, execute with discipline, and unlock long-term value. I thrive in entrepreneurial, high-growth environments and enjoy building relationships that create lasting impact for investors, partners, and stakeholders.

I grew up the youngest of seven kids 
Sometimes, we didn’t even have running water.
My dad taught me how to renovate homes not as a business, 
but as a way to survive.

Later, I served in Air Force Special Operations.
After that, I stepped into property management and saw a different kind of battlefield  one where well-intentioned owners lost control because they forgot who their work was really for.
Eventually, I co-founded Impact Growth Fund, 
and realized something that changed how I lead forever:

Investing in housing isn’t just about numbers.
It’s about lives.

Here’s what I’ve learned:

1️⃣ Investors will fund a well-written business plan but residents look for something deeper: trust, clarity, and care.
2️⃣ You can build predictable cash flows, but if you ignore resident experience, you’ll build turnover and reputation risk.
3️⃣ In real estate, your strongest asset isn’t the building it’s the culture you embed in it.
4️⃣ Real leadership isn’t about control it’s about connection. When people feel safe and understood, they perform better.
5️⃣ Impact doesn’t mean lower returns it means smarter returns. The kind that last, grow, and actually change lives.

Here’s the truth:
If you treat affordable housing like a commodity, 
you’ll get commodity results.

If you treat it like a mission and lead as if you’re in service to that mission you’ll build something enduring.
