Based on this observation I am committed to growing the number of leaders that demonstrate appreciation for everyone they come in contact with. I am committed to supporting people centered leaders in smoking the competition by helping them earn preferred pricing and preferred performance from their trade contractors, retaining their talent and providing reliable delivery to their clients. My mission is to equip construction leaders with the thinking and processes to improve business outcomes while building deep & meaningful relationships. Between now and January 2026 this will look like: - Equipping 180 - 21 = 159 construction leaders with the SQI methodology to apply towards making the work better for the men and women doing the work. - Tripling the Emotional Bungee Jumpers Community from 20 to 60 for the purpose of helping those professionals expand their self awareness, sharpen their communication skills, and cultivate deep & meaningful connection with everyone they come in contact with. - Outfit 100-61 = 39 more Trade Foremen, Crew leaders, and Superintendents with the planning skills that will elevate their career and aid them in growing in the direction of their choosing - Walk 180 - 41 = 139 professionals through the "Do the Damn Thing" Time Mastery system
