Operations Manager & Program Manager

In this role I was accountable for all accounting & control, SOx compliance, financial planning, and decision support activities for Ecolab's largest equipment manufacturing and distribution operations ($180M+ shipments, $20M+ PLOH Annually).

My support and advisory responsibility was to the factory and warehouse leadership teams with a functional reporting relationship regional operations finance.

Full cycle Corporate FP&A and decision support to the Corporate Controller, SVP External Relations (IR), COO, CFO, and CEO. 

I was responsible for the coordination, execution, and delivery of Ecolab’s global free cash flow and balance sheet management reporting, planning, and analysis activities as well as global capital planning and policy administration.
