Harvest Commercial Real Estate Finance is a nationwide full service direct SBA 7a, 504 and Conventional lender. We are a broker friendly lender made up of two divisions; Harvest Small Business Finance, which provides nationwide SBA 7a real estate financing and Harvest Commercial Capital, which provides SBA 504 and conventional real estate financing. As a direct lender we originate, underwrite, fund and service all of our loan originations.

Works with internal and external referral sources to develop new Small Business Administration transactions for Bank of the West.  SBA loans are primarily used for owner occupied commercial real estate but I also work on business acquisition, equipment and debt refinance transactions.

Closed 21 loans for $39.2 million in SBA 1st loan volume in 2021. Ranked 2nd nationally among Bank of the West SBA Business Development Officers in total loan volume. 

Closed 26 loans for $33 million in SBA 1st loan volume in 2020. Ranked 2nd nationally among Bank of the West SBA Business Development Officers in loan volume. 

Closed 26 loans for $24 million in SBA 1st loan volume in 2019.  Ranked 1st nationally among Bank of the West SBA Business Development Officers in loan volume.  

Closed 25 loans for $34 million in SBA 1st loan volume in 2018.  Ranked 1st nationally among Bank of the West SBA Business Development Officers in loan volume.  

Closed 20 loans for $21 million in SBA 1st loan volume in 2017.  Ranked 7th nationally among Bank of the West SBA Business Development Officers in loan volume.

Vice President - Sr. SBA Business Development Officer

Role handles sales duties for all Small Business Administration and Investment Commercial Real Estate transactions in Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado and El Paso, TX.
 
•	Functions as the primary SBA lead for Middle Market and Business Banking Client Management Teams.

•	Generated $22 million of closed SBA loans in 2011 and $20 million in 2010.  

•	Exceeded revenue goals in each of last 3 years.

•	Responsible for being the face of the bank with the Community Development Centers / Conduit Partnerships and for driving strategy out in order for us to dominate in the marketplaces that we serve.

•	Accountable  for market goals related to credit product production.

•	Responsible for educating market teams on non-traditional lending.

•	Works side by side with Treasury, Merchant and Leasing representatives to offer relationship banking options.

•	Completes credit analysis on all 7a and 504 deals submitted to underwriting.
