As part of the Leadership Team, I'm Ieading the Marketing department with a strong focus on improving acquisition, engagement and conversion to keep the brand growing double-digits. 

Main focus areas:
- Expanding the Marketing team and repositioning its role with the company
- Defining new KPI and OKR structure
- Full Marketing funnel focus: starting to play in every stage of the funnel with extra care for conversion rate optimization
- Introducing Marketing Automation strategy & introducing first flows
- GTM strategy for launch of new AI product, starting in US market
- Marketing integration projects with other Learneo brands
