• Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, dental insurance, and 401(K) enrollments.
• Reorganized and refined our new employee onboarding process and developed new orientation and training resources.
• Partner with employment agencies to communicate and define talent needs and job requirements to ensure we were provided with a highly qualified pool of candidates.
• Spearheaded three new software implementation/upgrade projects simultaneously.  Organized training schedules with employee teams and trainers, coordinated with the IT team, and ensured action items were completed on time. 
• Process separate biweekly payrolls for partners and employees.
• Maintain client data bases and assist clients with any IT issues related to their client portal.
