-	Doing the PO for all the suppliers for all the stores.
-	Coordinating with the suppliers, vendor creation, asking for SOA’s, calling for delivery.
-	Also assisting projects team to update the master file, monitoring the PO, getting approvals, and 
        following up on payments.
-	Whole work split would be 70% within commercials, 15% related to projects and 15% documents.
-	Raising Purchase Orders (Regulars & Promotion) in the system and sending it to suppliers
-	Communicates with the suppliers and with the operations team in regards with the LPO/Delivery. 
-	Sending Monthly Data Sharing to suppliers.
-	Ad hoc related tasks as per manager’s request.

Administrative

-	Managing company documents while also ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity.
-	Conformance with record retention policies, safeguard information, and retrieve data more 
        effectively.
-	Maintain, verify, and review records of incoming and outgoing.
-	Contribute to the improvement and performance in his area of responsibility. 
-	Storage, manage, and track company documents.
-	Organize and maintain documents, adhering to the company’s document lifecycle procedures,
-	Archive inactive records in accordance with the records retention schedule. A large part of the job 
        is to control the retrieval of documents.  
-	Receive and process requests for information or RFI’s from employees or clients and maintain the requests via tracking logs.
-	As RFI procedures are updated, he creates new templates.
-	Supports the Quality Department with file migrations and audits and performs administrative tasks 
        as needed. 
-	Suggest and give ideas on how to improve performance in his area of responsibility. 
-	Provides monthly production reports and other forms to Division Manager and other colleagues.
-	Other duties may be assigned.

Document Controller

-	Take purchase requests from various departments within a company and get price quotes from 
        suppliers for purchase preparation.
-	Contact suppliers to schedule deliveries or to discuss shortages or missed deliveries.
-	Keep track of purchase orders for their companies.
-	Review prices and product specifications from various suppliers to determine which would provide 
        the best deal.
-	Create and maintain purchasing files and price lists, as well as determining if their companies have 
        enough inventory on hand.
-	Facilitates and expedites the flow of materials to and from various customers.
-	Verifies delivered goods match order specifications.
-	Answer supplier and customer inquiries about order changes or cancellations and check 
        requisition orders for accuracy.

Procurement Assistant

-	Booking jobs into the phantom system within designated time frames.
-	Coordinating print and creative design orders.
-	Liaising with internal resources to ensure client needs are met.
-	Ensuring the client’s job requirements are fully understood.
-	Providing instructions that accurate to ensure that the work is both timely and profitable.
-	Assisting in following up outstanding debtors.
-	Ensuring new business clients are aware of payment requirements, including the supply of 
        commercial credit application form when required.
-	Providing regular communication to the National Services Manager- Local Direct Network and 
        Local Direct Network Branch Managers.
-	Participating in training for Local Direct Network’s total product offering.
-	Establishing and maintaining client relationships.
-	Identifying and resolving client concerns and queries.
-	Fulfilling service requirements for allocated accounts.
-	Booking local and national distributions, store copies, newspaper inserts.

Account Coordinator

-	Assists in the preparation of all NTC permits and licenses application requirements intended for 
        existing and new proposed radio stations.
-	Coordinates with vendors and project managers regarding Technical details needed in the 
        preparation of the NTC permits and licenses application.
-	Handles coordination with NTC Regional personnel regarding the status of permits/licenses 
       application (renewal and modification) and issuance of the applicable fees assessments or orders of 
       payments.
-	Handles coordination with NTC regarding site inspections and administrative hearings.
-	Assists during joint field inspections with NTC and DMPI counterparts to check on-sites and its 
        corresponding licenses.
-	Conducts random actual site inspection to verify/confirm and update the station info.
