• As a Lead Dispatcher at LOCOG I managed 200 volunteers daily during games time and 11 members of staff.  

• I worked alongside management to identify where the volunteer drivers were needed and make sure that they were getting the most out of their experience at London 2012. 

• Memorising routes, events, locations, venues and changes to the Olympic and Paralympic Route Network on a daily basis.  

• Keeping the London 2012 games maker spirit going and making sure volunteers and staff were happy. 

• Before the games began we had to train hundreds of drivers, I carried out presentations and training to various groups of volunteers to give them a better understanding and knowledge of what was expected of them throughout the games.

• At Dare Digital I learnt how to use their Content Management System in order to create a microsite for one of their main clients.  

• I had to learn how to use various templates in order to make the content look and work as best as it could. 

• I was also asked to help with another webpage for the same website due to my hard work on the previous project.

Zodiak Media

• At Zodiak Media it was my responsibility to oversee all the orders and equipment made via the IT department for the rest of the company.  

• I took care of all the mobile telephones within the company by making sure they worked efficiently and often spoke with their network provider to arrange international roaming on devices. 

• Another key role was that I was in charge of all the incoming invoices for the IT department, checking that they were accurate and charged to the correct department.

Sapphire Systems

• I had a number of key responsibilities one of which included, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our client and prospect database. I was responsible for sourcing company data specific to our target audience.  

• I also worked closely with the sales team to ensure that our client records, specifically key contacts were up to date and accurate. 

• As a technology company Sapphire uses the systems it promotes and sells, in Sales & Marketing this includes the use of SAP Business One CRM to record all the client and prospect data.  

• I was responsible for ensuring data such as client logos, case studies, win stories and other information that is useful in promoting our solutions and keeping services up to date. 

• As part of the Marketing Team, I also took part in regular meetings where we discussed ideas and new initiatives that we wanted to undertake.

I am an accomplished Business Analyst with experience of large-scale business transformation programmes. Proficient in building authentic relationships with stakeholders at all levels. I strive to lead by example and nurture those around me to be confident in their role.

Outside of work, I lead an active social life which revolves around sport and the arts. I am a keen triathlete covering distances from Sprint to Ironman70.3. In 2017 I completed my Yoga Teacher Training 200hr and run classes for charity.
