▪️ Redesigning the UI/UX of customer-facing LMS, utilizing advanced features of page and course builders in order to align with broader organization’s vision for the customer journey
▪️Creating video content for 4 technical products, designing both for the end user and system administrators 
▪️Strategically planning for future team development processes by slowly implementing genAI, automation, and rapid prototyping into our current development workflow

▪️Directed team of 20 employees, including senior executive leadership, regarding the implementation, operation, and evaluation of IT infrastructure daily, raising online engagement of target audience 250%.
▪️Developed a modernized training framework of 15 modules monthly for 20 learners raising IT usage by 300% across the organization.
▪️Designed eLearning templates for 25 courses annually for the Learning Management System (LMS) to be used by 75 learners.

▪️Investigated behaviors relating to design failure experiences, authoring a 300-page dissertation on practices that support a failure accepting environment.
