Worcester City Women FC player. Exercise physiologist at the University of Worcester working with the Hereford and Worcester Fire Brigade to complete required fitness assessments and help maintain levels. Completed a post graduate degree in Strength, Conditioning and performance at UCB in Jan 2023. Aspirations are to be within the elite side of the women's game to help shape more opportunities for females with the goal to be coaching or within S&C within the WSL. I am extremely passionate about working with athletes who have undergone big injuries and help them return to sport and aid in their personal development. Using my current experience after going through ACL reconstruction, to help prevent injuries across sports teams and also help those that may have received a life changing injury. I started a bespoke 121 soccer based enhancement business called Soccer Training Academy to help develop players further in the Worcestershire area. Working on technical aspects of the game but also looking to improve fitness, speed, agility, acceleration, deceleration, mechanics, change of direction, agility for those athletes wanting to unlock elite performance training. Huge believer in constant personal development and learning new things. Always trying to push the boundaries and challenge myself to be out of my comfort zone. Love connecting with new people and listening to their stories and sharing experiences. Big fan of Simon Sinek, James Clear and The High Performance Podcast (to name a few).
