I am a passionate innovative professional with an amazing career in aviation and maintenance field. Received my Master's Degree at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University focusing on Aerospace Administration and Aviation Safety. My experience in maintenance and military career has broaden my scope of skills and abilities to be adaptable in any management field. My leadership abilities have developed and flourished in my previous positions, attending several leadership seminars for further understanding to bring success to the team, spotlighting safety in daily operations, and managing intricate projects to obtain success during high volume maintenance activities. It has inspired me to not only develop myself in a leadership role, but my team as well to further progress in their careers. Mentoring my team has brought me more satisfaction than the job itself because I know they are the backbone to the success of each task. When I progress to my next chapter, I want to be able to build my team, work alongside them, and mentor them to achieve a common goal together. I strongly believe success is a team effort and the project management career field requires everyone to be all hands on deck.
