Hi, I’m Jessica. I’m a technical writer and e-learning developer with a passion for creating high-quality, user-friendly learning experiences that make complex topics simple. Since customised, effective onboarding is a key factor in retaining new hires, I specialise in helping businesses create induction learning materials and courses that meet their unique specifications. I’ve always been a self-starter. I started my own business when I was 16, creating websites for small, local businesses in Perth, Western Australia. Pretty soon I was working in producing learning materials to support in-person training which eventually led me to creating e-learning. I’ve worked with small mom-and-pop businesses all the way to large companies (BHP, Commonwealth Bank), always working to provide high-level services that met their needs.
