Jessica Lenden-Holt's Linkedin Analytics

Jessica is a bilingual, CCC-SLP living in Johnson City, TN. She has been a speech language pathologist for 16 years and has experience as a speech-language pathologist in schools, hospitals, home health, teletherapy and private practice settings. She has worked with all age groups but specializes in pediatrics. Jessica was a Whittle Scholar at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and earned dual Honors degrees in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology and Spanish with an emphasis on Hispanic Studies. She received an MA degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders with an emphasis in Bilingualism/Multiculturalism from the University of Texas-Austin. Jessica has studied abroad in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala and Peru. She worked as a bilingual SLP on the Texas-Mexico border for seven years before moving back to Tennessee. To date, Jessica has nine published articles related to speech language pathology and has won several awards related to her work. She has presented at multiple local and state conferences and at ASHA. In her current role as Chief Clinical Officer for Sidekick Therapy Partners, Jessica collaborates with her team to create policies and procedures, develop strategic plans, mentor clinical leaders, and support 125+ therapists in 24+ school districts, telepractice and an outpatient clinic. As the VP of Executive Affairs for TAASLP (Tennessee Association for Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists), Jessica organizes the state's Day on the Hill event to advocate for audiologists and speech-language pathologists as well as state level advocacy events throughout the year. Jessica currently serves as the Chair of the Philanthropy Board for the College of Clinical and Rehabilitative Health Sciences for East Tennessee State University. She is also the Co-Founder of Dream Team Adapted Sports and serves on several non-profit boards.
